You and your group get 100% of my attention in private classes. I can answer all your questions and work with you one on one making sure that you understand the recipes and learn cultural aspects which group classes are unable to accomnmodate.

Currently, 3 different types of classes are offered {Aperitivo, Typical Tuscan & Tuscan Pasta - a Provence class is being developed}. The environment is relaxing and most recipes are quite healthy focusing on lighter fare from the region. If you have a specific health concern such as weight loss or diabetes, a special menu can be created for you. Alternatively, if you'd like to indulge and learn the richer recipes we can do that too.

Classes last about 4 hours and are all-inclusive. Groups of 1-4 can be accommodated.

$125 for 1 person, $175 for 2, $225 for 3, $275 for 4.
